Where It Started
this.is.alive didn't start as a business plan. It started as a feeling — the sun, warmth, a sense of joy. People around me as equals. Days that were engaged and intentional, with room to breathe. Moments defined by smiling, dancing, playing — not performing.
I'd built a career that looked right on paper and left me burned out and disconnected from that feeling. Rebuilding meant going back to it — and asking what it would actually look like to live that way, and help other people find their way there too.
Faith, In My Own Story
My own faith journey has been one of the steadiest threads through all of this — the thing that kept me grounded when I was rebuilding from scratch. It shows up in how I coach and how I show up for people, even where it isn't the headline.
