I'm a transformational coach based in Cape Town. My job is to help growth-oriented people become the fullest version of who they already are.

I've spent years working with people through the hardest seasons of their lives. I know what it looks like when someone is functional but not fully alive. And I know the tools, the practices, and the conversations that actually shift that.

This Is Alive is everything I've learned · offered as a community, a coaching practice, and a set of experiences designed to help people feel genuinely, completely alive.

The Journey

HOW I GOT HERE.

The Hard Seasons
I've been through seasons that brought me to my knees · loss, identity shifts, rebuilding from scratch. I know what it's like to keep going when you're not sure you can. And I know what it's like to come out the other side.
The Training
I trained as a coach and spent years working with people and teams through the hardest seasons of their lives. I picked up nervous system education, somatic tools, embodied practice, and the kind of practical frameworks that actually work in real life · not just in theory.
The Realisation
I realised that what people need isn't just someone to talk to in the hard moments. They need a community that keeps them alive and connected. Experiences that remind them what joy feels like. And coaching that moves them forward becuase the person leading them genuinely cares.
This Is Alive
So I built it. A community built around joy and real connection in Cape Town. Coaching for people navigating life. And the Transformation Table · leadership development for teams who know their people matter. All of it grounded in the same belief: you were made to feel alive, you were made to matter.

The Name

WHERE IT
CAME FROM.

The name came from a dream · a phrase that I received spiritually that landed with the weight of something true: this is alive, this is a covenant. A commitment to aliveness. A promise to keep showing up to the fullest version of life available.

That's what This Is Alive is. · It's an unshakeable way of being in the world. Grounded. Gritty. Always growing.

Genuine joy and playfulness are among the most underrated forces for human wellbeing. We build around them deliberately.

Real connection · the kind that happens when you're moving and playing and making things together · is where growth actually begins.

You can't think your way to everything. The nervous system, the felt sense, embodied practice · these are part of the toolkit.
